Services Performed
- Scanned codes and found P0562 system voltage low voltage.(History). P003A turbocharger boost control position not learn. P205B reductant tank temperature sensor performance. P2610 control module ignition off timer performance(History). P0562 can cause P2610 and from vehicle history this truck has not had many miles put on it in the last year. For the P003A code monitored live data and confirmed turbo vanes are not stuck at this time. Watch live data with truck running and the actual turbo charger vane position sensor matched the desired data. While revving the truck noticed the sensor position data became intermittent, this will cause the boost control position not to learn. The turbo charger vane position sensor is faulty. The P205B code, service manual states DTC sets if the sensor reads a temperature from -31 degrees to 95 degrees difference from the ambient temperature or temperature reads below -67 degrees or above 311 degrees for greater than 3 seconds. If the live data reads between -31 below or 95 degrees more than ambient then to do a reductant system reset, drive and monitor data. The live data reads 125 degrees. So we will perform a reductant system data reset. Recommend replacing the turbo charger vane position sensor and performing a reductant system reset then test drive.
- 70 psi Front 65 psi Back 80 Spare
- Then test drive to run the monitor and retest after reparis.
