Services Performed
- We were able to get the vehicle to long crank. We scanned the computer and found no codes present at this time. We then started to inspect the engine area and found that the fuel filter primer head was leaking. We began to remove the head of the primer and smelled gasoline! Upon further inspection we have determined that there is gasoline in the fuel tank. We need to install a new fuel primer kit, drain the fuel tank, install some diesel fuel, and retest. Note: the leaking primer most likely saved you from engine and injector damage.
