Services Performed
- Inspected vehicle and found a rough running conditions when pulling into bay. Scanned for codes and found misfire for cylinder 4 is present. Removed spark plug a coil pack from cylinder 4 and found a worn out coil pack and broken spark plug. Bore scoped cylinder to verify no cylinder wall or valve damage and found normal results. It is recommended at this time to change all 4 spark plugs and 1 coil pack.
