- Scanned found code P0402 EGR flow excessive detected. With engine running cycled the egr open and closed, confirmed the egr is not stuck. Found a TSB stating to reprogram with updated software and replaced the mass air flow sensor then recalibrate. This is a starting point.
- FRONT BRAKES @ __7____MM REMAINING REAR BRAKES @ __4___MM REMAINING
- FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace – Diesel Both
- MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Component test.]
- Perform a Computer update as required.
- EGR VALVE – Remove & Replace – Diesel
- Remove the broken stud on the EGR mount and install a new Heli coil, then install a new bolt
