Rec replacing both knock sensors with the harness, intake and throttle body gasket.

  • Started vehicle to pull into shop noticed fuel light is on, has little fuel. Put into drive and noticed a clunk while accelerating, possible broken engine mount. See if customer wants us to look into that concern. Removed cover to access that radiator cap, found low on coolant. Filled and pressure tested, system can only handle 3 psi of pressure before it sprays out of the radiator, found coolant hoses are hard as well. Recommend replacing the radiator w/ cap, hoses. Upper and lower as well as the heater hoses. Vehicle is equipped with front and rear heat. Heater hoses should come from the dealer. After repair i can test drive and test other components. Oil life 94%.
  • HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – Main Heater,Both –
  • Replaced radiator and hoses, filled with coolant and pressure tested. Vehicle held pressure and no other leaks found at this time. Test drove, vehicle did not over heat and fans cycle on and off with heat.

  • Upon visual inspection of your vehicle, we noticed your vehicle's rear main seal, oil pan gasket, oil cooler lines, valve cover gaskets are all leaking. We also noticed your vehicle is leaking coolant from the heater hose which is off from thermostat housing to the coolant reservoir. We recommend replacing both heater hoses. We also found the passenger side exhaust manifold has a exhaust leak as well. We recommend replacing the exhaust manifold gaskets as well. NOTES: the exhaust manifold bolts will be soaked overnight as to try to prevent the bolts from breaking. IF..the bolts break, there will be a additional cost to extract the bolts from the head. HOPEFULLY, this will not happen. In regards to the transmission, there are no leaks at this time and the transmission fluid is red in color! After replacing heater hoses pressure tested and found steem vent gaskets seepimg coolant rec replacing gaskets. After work performed cleaned as best as we could may have some residule.
