Inspected Front window operation and found that window motor is intermittently getting stuck and won't move window up or down. Recommend replacement of Front driver window motor and retest window operation to verify correction. We removed the faulty motor and regulator assembly and installed a new unit. Removed and replaced window regulator and verified operation.
Removed door panel and inspected window regulator and window tracks. Found that the bracket and rubber insulator for the window has fallen off and disengaged from the window regulator. We are going to attempt to use special glue to secure the window rail so we do not have to replace this regulator. Please allow 24 hours to fully cure before usage of rear window.

At this point we FIRST, recommend draining the fuel tank completely. Then flush the fuel lines as thorough a possible, then run vehicle and road test, scan the computer and report.

Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (mm 6 ) Rear (mm 2 ) drum. We jump started the vehicle to get it pulled inside. We then with the vehicle running checked the alternator output at the battery posts and from the power wire on the alternator to the ground side of the battery. Both matched showing only 11.2 volts indicating the alternator is not charging. We then tested the battery and it came back as a charge and retest. Given the battery is 4 years old it is likely the vehicle will need a new battery. We recommend replacing the alternator and while the repairs are being made we will charge and then retest the battery.
After replacing the alternator we ran a post repair test and everything came out good. The battery tested good with a measured cca of 683 and the battey is rated for 640 cca. The alternator is now charging with a no load voltage of 14.25 V and a loaded voltage of 14.14 V.
