    • Couldnt replicate customers concern. Possible hand primer pump common cause for issue.
    • Found fuse for blower motor removed, assuming to make it shut off. Got blower motor to work and confirmed it did not turn off found the blower motor resister was back feeding the signal wire keeping the blower motor on. Rec replacing blower motor resister.
    • BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR – Remove & Replace
    • Found missing bolt from the back of the transmission that holds the exhaust hanger causing a heat shield to rattle. Transmission mount need to be remove to gain access to bolt hole.
    • TRANSMISSION MOUNT – ACCESS TO REPLACE MISSING BOLT-Remove & Replace – Diesel Trans,Rear
    • Whole front end worn out badly. Both upper and lower ball joints have play, idler and pitment as well. Inner and outer tie rods have play. Sway bar links are cracked and all 4 shocks startin to leak. Hard to tell if wheel bearing have play with how much play the ball joints have ,once disassemble we can tell. Rec both lower ball joints, both upper control arms, both inner an outer tie rods and idler and pitment arms. All 4 shocks and sway bar links, possible wheel bearings.
    • SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – 4WD Both – [DOES NOT include disassemble or alignment (where applicable).]
    • SHOCK ABSORBER – Remove & Replace – Both
    • BALL JOINT – Remove & Replace – 3500,4WD Lower,Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
    • PITMAN ARM – Remove & Replace – 2500 HD,3500,Diesel – [Includes: R&I Steering Gear Assembly.] – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
    • CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – 4WD Upper,Both Sides – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
    • IDLER ARM – Remove & Replace – 4WD w/o Skid Plate – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
    • TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – 1500 HD,2500 HD,3500 Inner,Both – [Includes: R&I Outer Tie Rod Ends.] – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering
    • STABILIZER BAR CONTROL LINK – Remove & Replace – At Control Arm,Link Kit,Both
    • Alignment
    • Remove, rebuild, and reinstall a primer pump assembly

    • We checked the battery and found it was completely dead. We then connected the battery charger and let the battery charge. After charging the battery we preformed a battery test and the battery failed. We then started the vehicle and tested the charging system. We found that the charging system opperates according to spec. and there are no further problems at this time. We recomend a new battery.

    • We scanned for codes and found P0446 evap vent control problem. We then checked the purge valve and vent valve and found both are operating according to spec. We also induced smoke into the evap system and found no leaks. We pressurized the fuel tank and monitored live data and found the pressure sensor showed no change. Recommend fuel tank pressure sensor.
    • We replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor and then test drove to run all the monitors. All the monitors have now run and the vehicle is ready to smog.
