We test drove the vehicle and were able to duplicate the customers complaint. We checked the fluid level and found the fluid very discolored. We do not see any debris in the fluid at this time. What we recommend doing is a install of the thermostat by pass kit on the transmission, because the climate conditions do not require a thermostat for the transmission. Then service the transmission and replace the filter.
