    • Replace front brake pad linings and machine front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • We checked the tie rod ends, lower control arms and front struts and all look good. The right frnt brake is metal to metal and that is what you are hearing. We recommend front brake pads and rotors.

    • Test drive and run the monitors as required.
    • We scanned the computer and have the following codes: PO455-Large EVAP leak PO497-Low purge flow PO304-#4 cylinder misfire. PO302-#2 cylinder misfire. Cylinder #2 has no misfire history. #4 cylinder has a history and is misfiring now. We checked the spark plug and it is fine. We checked power going not the ignition coil but no power coming out. Needs a ignition coil. We smoke checked the EVAP system and could not find a lark in that system. We also checked the purge valve and it is operating correctly at this time. We also recommend a air filter as well.

    • First we checked the basics. Then we tried to turn the motor by hand and it would not crank. It appears to be seized. We removed the spark plugs and found #1 spark plug damaged. We then put a camera down the #1 cylinder and found internal engine damage. Piston/Rod/crank damage. We recommend another engine.

    • We have determined that the noise appears to be coming from the Rack & pinion. It is clicking very intermittently when turning left only. The is currently nothing unsafe about the front end at this time. If the noise gets worse than we would recommend replacement of the rack.
