    • Could not replicate concern, turned on fan and all speeds work. Lightly pulled on the harness in multiple locations and no change, test drove vehicle through dips and over bumps, no change. Looked for HVAC codes none present. Removed blower resistor and no signs of melting or burning, connectors also look good.
    • Estimate on the door lock acuator for the drivers side door.

    • Confirmed noise coming from front area of engine. Removed serpentine belt to ensure it isn't a internal engine noise and started it. Noise goes away with belt removed. Individually spun all pulleys and found water pump to have a lot of play and feels rough to spin. Belt looks okay pump isn't leaking but still requires water pump due to the bearing inside the pump starting to fail.

    • Drain and refill the cooling system as required.
    • BRAKE SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs.] DRIVER'S FLOOR MAT – INSPECT – [Only use the driver's floor mat designed specifically for the model and model year of your vehicle. Always properly secure the driver's floor mat using the retaining hooks. Never install another floor mat on top of the existing driver's floor mat. Never install the driver's floor mat upside down.] FLUID LEVELS – INSPECT – [Inspect and adjust all fluid levels.] COOLANT – REPLACE – [Drain and flush the cooling system and refill with an ethylene-glycol type coolant. Inspect the radiator, condenser and/or intercooler for leaves, dirt and insects and clean if necessary. Inspect hoses and connections for corrosion and leaks.     • Battery dead, charged battery and tested okay at this time. Vehicle still would not start. Scanned and found multiple no communication codes with diffrent modules. Checked fuses and found mega fuse #9 broken. This fuse is the main fuse for the body control module, replaced the fuse and vehicle now starts, test drove vehicle and scanned no codes present at this time. All components are working normally at this time. Charging 14.3 volts.

    • Right engine mount is torn and the bracket is rubbing onto the mount rec replacing right engine mount then retest. Replaced engine mount and could no longer replicate the noise.

    • Check engine light on, P194A00 coolant pump rpm to high. P16C600 heater support pump dry running. Found coolant reservoir empty and coolant splashed all over the front of the engine, noticed water pump pulley is not aligned with the other pulleys. Added water and leaks badly without pressure. Rec replacing the water pump, t stat and belt to start. Clear codes, pressure test and block test to confirm no other cooling concerns. Vehicle also due for a oil service.
    • WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – 3.6L Eng – [Includes: R&I complete Pump Assembly and separate Housing (where necessary).]
    • THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – 3.6L Eng – [Includes: Drain and refill Engine Cooling System.]

    • Pressure tested cooling system. Found the coolant expansion tank/reservoir having pinhole leaks. Also found water outlet housing is leaking. Recommend replacing coolant expansion tank and water outlet housing that is also leaking and requires replacement. After repairs retest cooling system with pressure test
