    • We started the vehicle and found the power steering fluid was empty. We topped off the power steering fluid and checked for leaks. We found the high pressure line leaking at the pump. We also found the check engine light is on and the engine is running rough. We replaced the O-ring on the high pressure line to repair the power steering leak. We cleaned the area of oil power steering oil as best we could. We also recommend further diagnosis on the check engine light and running condition.

    • Upon visual inspection of your vehicle, we noticed your vehicle's rear main seal, oil pan gasket, oil cooler lines, valve cover gaskets are all leaking. We also noticed your vehicle is leaking coolant from the heater hose which is off from thermostat housing to the coolant reservoir. We recommend replacing both heater hoses. We also found the passenger side exhaust manifold has a exhaust leak as well. We recommend replacing the exhaust manifold gaskets as well. NOTES: the exhaust manifold bolts will be soaked overnight as to try to prevent the bolts from breaking. IF..the bolts break, there will be a additional cost to extract the bolts from the head. HOPEFULLY, this will not happen. In regards to the transmission, there are no leaks at this time and the transmission fluid is red in color! After replacing heater hoses pressure tested and found steem vent gaskets seepimg coolant rec replacing gaskets. After work performed cleaned as best as we could may have some residule.

    • We scanned for codes and found P0171 lean bank 1 and P0174 lean bank 2. We then monitored live data and verified the engine is running lean. We checked the mass air flow sensor and found it dirty. We cleaned the mass air flow sensor and monitored live data again and found no change in the fuel trim data. We checked for a vacuum leak in the front of the intake and did not find any. The next step is to remove the passenger seat and dog house and trouble shoot first by check fuel pressure at the back side of the engine area. We removed the passanger seat and dog house and found a vacuum leak from a vacuum line at the back of the intake. We removed the line and found a second vacuum line leaking as well. We replaced both vacuum lines, cleared the codes, monitored live data, and found thenfuel trims are now within spec. We test drove the vehicle and no codes returned.
    • We connected the A/C machine and found the high side pressure was higher than spec. We recovered the system and found it was over charged causing the compressor to short cycle. We replaced the service valves pulled the system into a vacuum and re charged with the proper amount of refrigerant. We tested the A/C and found it now is operating according to specification.
    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance. Note center vent temp Max Cool/High____41_____ Connect gauge set and advise of High and Low pressures @ 1500 Rpm. • We scanned for codes and found P0457 Evap system leak detected. We then used the scanner to manually operate the purge valve. We found that when commanding the valve open with the scanner he valve would not open. We then back probed the harness to check cor power and ground and found both where present while commanding the purge valve on. We then manually induced power and ground directly to the purge valve and it still did not open. These tests confirm that the purge valve is faulty. We recommend a purge valve.
    • We removed the heater controls and glove box in order to gain access so we can determine which acuator was faulty. We found it was the blend door acuator for the heater and a/c. We removed the rest of the items to gain access to the acuator and replaced the faulty acuator. We then tested the operation and reassembled everything as required.

    • We performed a starting system test. We came across your vehicle's starter and battery both need replacement. The battery cold crank amperage is at 33% ( 203 out of 600 CCA ). We connected a jumper to check if vehicle would start, however it did not crank at all which tells us the starter is no longer in operating condition and requires a replacement. Recomend replacing the starter and battery to solve this issue.
