    • Performed a charging system test. Found battery is good and needs a charge, found the alternator is not charging at the battery, tested on the back of the alternator and is not charging there as well, belts look good. Rec replacing the alternator then retest.

    • FRONT BRAKES @ ___04___MM REMAINING REAR BRAKES @ __04___MM REMAINING
    • Both rear latch assemblies are worn and that is why it is not opening up all of the way. These are not regular hood lifts. They have motor's built in them.
    • TRUNK / LIFTGATE SHOCK OR STRUT – Remove & Replace – Both
    • Replace front brake pad linings and machine front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace rear shoes/Pads Install rear hardware, if necessary, machine drums or rotors, and adjust parking brake. Road test vehicle.
    • CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace

    • Vehicle does not crank. Performed battery test and passed. Tested and the started has power and ground when trying to crank. Manually turned the engine over to confirm it is not locked up. Engine also ha exessive oil leaks. Rec replacing starter then retest.

    • Performed inspection, found valve cover gasket leak's leaking. Recommend new valve cover gaskets and intake plenum gasket be replaced.
    • Performed inspection found no leaks in brake system. Tiny amount of air in system. Due to being intermitant issue suspect possible master cylinder internal leakage.
    • Brian and customer drove car and agreed that the noise is coming from something in the console area.
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – V6 Both
    • MASTER CYLINDER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Bleed Brake System. NOTE: Deduct .4 when used in conjunction with any other Brake operation(s).]
    • OIL PAN &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – V6 Bottom Cover

    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (mm 3 ) Rear (mm 8 ) LF:__.985________ RF:_.980_________ SP_.866_________ LR_.450_________RR:__.450_________SP_.413_________ Rec. Front pads and turn rotors. Noticed left inner cv boot slinging grease, also noticed trans fluid leaking from around the pan area.

Check all dust covers for deterioration and damage. Replace any deteriorated or damaged parts.] BRAKE HOSES & LINES – INSPECT – [Visually inspect for proper installation. Check for chafing, cracks, deterioration and signs of leaking. Replace any deteriorated or damaged parts.] BRAKE SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs. Inspect thickness measurement and disc runout.] DRIVE BELTS – INSPECT DRIVER'S FLOOR MAT – INSPECT – [Only use the driver's floor mat designed specifically for the model and model year of your vehicle. Always properly secure the driver's floor mat using the retaining hooks. Never install another floor mat on top of the existing driver's floor mat. Never install the driver's floor mat upside down.] DRIVESHAFT/PROPELLER SHAFT DUST BOOTS – INSPECT – Drive Shaft Boots – [Check the drive shaft boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration and damage.
